Shipping Policy

 

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sassy Bassett Designs, LLC.

 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days.
This means that a tracking number may not be available until day 15. 

 

Made to Order items can take up to 15 business days to process. 

Pre-Order items are shipped when they are added into inventory, approximate ship time is posted within the item description. 

 

Orders are not shipped on holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you as soon as I know. 

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping is Free for orders over $50 or more. (This is before taxes & shipping)

Any order under $50, will be charged $5 to cover shipping costs. 

 

All orders are shipped via USPS priority or First Class with 1-3 day estimated delivery times. 

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Sassy Bassett Designs, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Sassy Bassett Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages and Lost Shipments 

Sassy Bassett Designs, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

International Shipping Policy

 

International shipping is based upon the amount of the order and the location. 

Any international orders will ship via USPS Priority. 

 

Due to customs and international shipping policies, you will need to use your tracking number for an up to date estimated time of arrival. 

 

 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted. Once an order is processed we are not able to stop it. You may choose to return the items when you receive them with the terms in the returns section below. 

Returns

Returns are always accepted as long as they follow the terms below. 

1. They must be returned within 14 days of arrival to your ship to address. 

2. All returns must be returned in unused/clean free of smoke and other smells and with labels and tags still attached.

3. Sassy Bassett is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If a package arrives to you damaged, please submit a report to the shipping company and then contact us so we can help you out!

4. All returns are charged a 25% per item restock fee, as that is the fee we pay per item to offer free shipping.
